Jean-François Cauche
After a PhD in Medieval History, Jean-François Cauche founded Upcycle Commons in order to share with children his passion for technologies and art through electronic music, creative code (Scratch, Processing...), hacking, DIY, free software, frugal innovation… to enable them to discover a real universe and develop their creativity and skills.
Under the pseudonym of Kaneda aka Tetsuoka, he has been producing electronic music (ambient, drum & bass, tekno...) for more than 20 years and is the founder of the Derrick Sound System, an ambient artistic collective but also a philosophic-artistic-free (as in free speech)-anything-musical concept.
